The Mission Critical Space is even more challenging! Like commercial aviation, the systems are automated and redundant but failures and emergencies can be months are years in between as a result inadequately trained technicians could be on site for years with no visible effect but represent a significant undetected risk.

Working with some of the best Mission Critical teams in existence, together we determined yet another barrier to prevent human error was possible by defining, training and testing technicians to ensure they have been properly prepared for all the normal and emergency task they could reasonably be expected to accomplish. Not doing so is not a technicians fault but rather a leadership failure. Our LMS uses visual tools and animations to drive home the lessons and then test to ensure understanding and comprehension.
We use a proprietary DIF (Difficulty, Importance, and Frequency) algorithm to rate priority and timing of recurring training to maintain currency. ICARUS Ops Error Reduction system and procedures are included in the Clients site-specific training to create a holistic Mission Critical Operations solution.
